9th Annual P.L.A.C.E. Festival Saturday October 3

posterJoin the ISF this Saturday in Hamden for the 9th Annual P.L.A.C.E. Festival, which runs from 10-4, rain or shine.  The mission of the P.L.A.C.E. Children’s Museum (Partnerships in Learning And Creative Exploration) is “To engage our community in the exploration of world cultures, celebrate diversity, and foster lifelong learning through art and play.”

The Festival, to be held in the Hamden Town Center Park, will feature fun for all ages, with exhibits, face-painting, a Global Village with international participation, and live performances.  In the event of rain, all activities will be moved indoors to the Hamden Middle School, 2623 Dixwell Avenue, Hamden.
