Bahasa Indonesia 4th Session: Classes Open!
Located in the Pancasila Room of the Consulate General in New York, the fourth installment of the Bahasa Indonesia Class officially opened on Saturday, February 1, 2014, with more than 20 participants. The Language Class is again guided Br. Henry Wijaya, Post-graduate student at Columbia University.
The Consul General gave some welcoming remarks, to encourage new participants and to motivate participants continuing from the previous class to continue learning.
Classes in Bahasa Indonesia have been held regularly at the Consulate General in New York since 2012, and interest has been growing. At the coffee break the participants had the opportunity to taste traditional foods such as getuk lindri and rissoles.
